The elders First Church of God received the resignation of Pastor David Bowen this morning. We have been in prayer and much discussion over a situation that has caused the resignation of our pastor. Pastor David is resigning over inappropriate behavior and actions. His actions in a particular situation have not been above reproach and have been unbecoming of a minister of the gospel.
